Customer Service Representative

Our client, one of the nation’s largest suppliers of packaging supplies and packaging solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their expanding business.

In this role you will be the liaison between the sales team and the client.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients that do business with this company and should have excellent communication skills along with very sharp analytical abilities.

We are searching for the best of the best Customer Service Representative for this role, a true problem solver, patient, empathetic and communicative.

You must be able to support the sales team to facilitate prolonged business with new and existing clients.

Required:

· Previous customer service experience involving packaging and packaging solutions

· More than a working knowledge of EXCEL and OFFICE SUITE programs

· Previous experience with CRM systems and practices

· Previous experience Supporting Sales Teams

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
