MUST HAVE at least TWO YEARS OF RECENT CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE This is a REMOTE position Training Hours: M-F 8am – 5p EST Hours of Operations 7am
– 7pm Pay: $15/hr You will get a schedule between the hours of operation 7am-7pm DO NOT GET USED TO TRAINING SCHEDULE HOURS
– NO ONE WORKS 8am-5pm M-F Must have proper workspace No kids/adults running around/background noise Must have cameras on the entire shift Room with proper lighting The right fit for this position will have a positive demeanor, a friendly and clear voice, communicate well on the phone, work well with various personality types, show good attention to detail, and be motivated to help others.

Successful candidates will display a competitive nature as this position has potential to earn performance based monthly bonuses.

Position Responsibilities: Answer incoming, potentially high-volume, customer calls within the first two rings Enter and maintain accurate customer data in proprietary software system Communicate with customers about product and/or service questions independently; escalate complex issues Skills Needed: Positive and engaging demeanor; must be able to convey a pleasant and welcoming tone over the phone Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to speak clearly and professionally over the telephone Customer and service-oriented approach with a desire to assist people Superior interpersonal communication skills including the ability to interact well with various personality types Sense of urgency in completing tasks and meeting customer expectations Ability to multi-task and prioritize work Strong attention to detail Must be able to work effectively as part of a team Self-motivated and able to exercise independent judgement Good work ethic; must be punctual and dependable Competitive spirit Job Requirements: Handle incoming customer service calls Dispatch incoming customer phone calls Accept customer calls and return customer Maintain customer service related information for customer accounts Ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction Maintain customer service voicemail and return customer calls Provide customers with superior customer service Provide customer service for internal customers Capturing customer information and answering customer inquiries Resolve inbound customer calls regarding account Take customer orders and provide high-quality customer service Make out going customer service calls Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service Resolve any customer service issues Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service Provide customer support and handling customer inquiries Combining excellent customer service skills Assure quality customer service to all customers Provide exceptional customer service to all customers Provide superior customer service with all customer interactions
