– Handle incoming telephone calls
– Receive and send written business correspondence
– Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion
– Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Job Requirements:
– Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
– 3 years of past relevant experience
– Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
– Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
– Excellent computer skills
– Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
– Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g.

ACT, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
– Expertise in banking and finance law
– Experience with Credit Administration
– Strong familiarity with customer service
– Adeptness in Human Resources (HR) Administration
– Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
– Fund administration experience
– Comprehensive knowledge of finance
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
