Primary Title: Customer Service Representative Duration: 6 months (with strong possibility of extension) Type: W2 / C2C Location: Jacksonville, FL Job Description We work in a fast pace environment where you will be multi-tasking so every day will bring something different.
You’ll also work in a diverse team environment and receive monthly coaching to ensure your success in this role.
The Work Itself Work with customers both directly in a phone-based environment and indirectly through research and letter fulfillment to resolve account issues or concerns Complete account analysis, and handle monetary transactions Responsible for following regulatory guideline and internal service level agreements in a timely fashion Work in a fast pace environment where you will be multi-tasking so every day can bring something different Deliver world class customer service by establishing rapport and presenting a positive, friendly attitude.
Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory SkillsWe’re all about teaching

– Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline preferred.
