Customer Service Representative

Trim Llc

This is a Contract position in Carlstadt, NJ posted December 11, 2021.

Well-established information management company in the Carlstadt area seeks an individual with previous customer service experience. Document scanning and extensive computer experience is a big plus.

Job responsibilities include receiving and creating work orders for customers, answering questions from customers throughout the day, and working with the scanning team to prepare and scan documents for digital transformation. Must have personal transportation to and from the office in order to ensure timely arrival/departure from the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and emails from various customers throughout the day.
  • Process and generate work orders for customer requests.
  • Liaison with the operations team to complete customer requests.
  • Perform data inputting for customers and scan various documents when necessary.
  • Close the office on some days.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and patience
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Dropbox)
  • Strong organizational, communication, time-management skills.
  • Ability to resolve problems in a timely manner under stressful situations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer Service – 1 year required; 2 years preferred.
  • Software – Prior experience with records management software is a huge plus (O’Neil, DHS, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 – $21.50 per hour
