Outbound Customer Service ( NO SALES)

Pay: $16 per/hr Weekly Pay & Benefits 

Shift: Mornings Monday-Friday 

Responsibilities:

• Daily Outbound calls to Dr. Offices to collect Patient Medical Records.
• Exhibit excellent friendly customer service and provide a great first impression.
• Communicate via telephone and email.
• Able to meet all required metrics

Job Requirements:

• NORTH CAROLINA RESIDENTS ONLY
• Must have quiet work station
  Must have active High-Speed internet at home! WIFI not accepted
• Possess great attention to detail.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Must have a HS Diploma or GED
• Must be able to type 20 words or more per minute
• Comfortable in a Call Center environment
