Customer Service Representative

This is a Contract position in Irvine, CA posted December 22, 2020.
A growing medical device company is seeking experienced customer support agents to assist in maintaining company customer database.
Job Duties:
- Receive and process customer’s orders
- Receive and analyze customer’s requests and correspond with customers to proved requested information
- Generate invoices and price quotes for customers
- Conduct inventory checks for customer
- Maintain up to date knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, drop ship items, various marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in a customer service role
- Minimum 2 years working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with any ERP or CRM software
- Experience processing 40+ purchase orders
