This role will begin in office and later go remote once performance is proven.
This is a temporary to full time position that allows for flexible scheduling and casual dress.
What you’ll be doing:
– Maintaining and updating customer accounts and files
– Order entry and purchase order generation
– Following up with customers on orders status, questions, etc.
– Dealing with escalated issues
– Processing adjustments
– Reporting
– Fixing customer service errors
– Processing inventory that is being returned
