Position Summary:
Air Delights is looking for a Customer Service Representative with a positive team-oriented attitude to join our dynamic customer service team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, advanced computer skills, and strong attention to detail.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Input customer orders daily using the computer.
Answer phones to assist customers and sales representatives.
Respond to all emails in a timely manner.
Confirm receipt of purchase orders and enter sales orders for customers.
Handle all customer complaints, credits, tracing and using excellent follow through skills.
Interact with all warehouses and serves as a direct liaison between area sales managers and warehouse staff.
Track shipments, address backorders, shipment discrepancies, and process returns, exchanges, etc.
Send marketing materials and product samples, assist sales team, etc.
Prepare sales reports and price quotes.
Assist in marketing projects when needed.
Other duties as assigned
Experience, Education, Certifications and Licensures:
1-3 year work experience in business to business customer service position, preferred.
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Excel (intermediate minimum), and Word.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and CRM is a plus.
Associates Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school; or one to three year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
