DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Deliver professional, courteous service with all customers
2. Ability to navigate Toro systems efficiently to provide information to customer
3. Demonstrate proficiency with Toro Knowledge Management Materials by providing accurate information
4.Provide problem resolution options and next issue avoidance for the customer (i.e. advise receipts, appointment advisories, fuel recommendations, etc.)
5. Adherence to daily workforce schedule
