VIOC is hosting a virtual hiring event for our busy Hood River location from Tuesday, April 27th to Friday, May 7th. These will run from 9:00am-4:00pm. We’ll be conducting phone interviews for anyone who is interested in becoming a Valvoline Instant Oil Change Automotive Technician.

We offer paid, on-the-job training! (Previous automotive experience is not required.)  We’re passionate about cars, but we’re really in the business of taking care of people. HOW IT WORKS:

As soon as we receive your application with a passing assessment score, we will text you a link to schedule your virtual interview at the day and time that works best for you.

Our interviews take an average of 10-15 minutes to complete and all candidates who are chosen for a position will receive a contingent job offer within 24 hours of the interview
