Typical Responsibilities: Respond to customer correspondence via phone, fax, email, EDI or mail Process customer quote requests and purchase orders Accurately enter all customer orders & related requirements into ERP system Maintain and update customer account records Follow-up on customer quotes Follow customer requests through, from beginning to end Assist in growing current customer relationships, and developing new ones Job Requirements: What we’re looking for in candidates: A high proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience using ERP software for customer order management Customer service experience in a B2B environment, preferably a wholesale distribution business Inside sales experience is strongly preferred A degree or some college is preferred This is a career opportunity, and we’re looking for experienced candidates with a passion for customer service.
