Customer Service Rep- Export

Manufacturing company in Union County has a Customer Service Representative position open – Export- Temp to Hire

Report to Customer Service Manager
Team of 6 individuals (Manager included)

  • Play major role in Order-to-Cash process
  • Create a positive service experience between the company and our customers
  • Primary point of contact within the group for assigned accounts/region
  • Offer exemplary service through phone, email and other platforms with timely and accurate communication
  • Liaise between the company and Customers by supporting all inquiries and issues
  • Serving as the key contact for assigned regional accounts while elevating your product knowledge and understanding of the industry based on historical information
  • Understand Supply Chain and Commercial objectives; individual work objectives should align with the objectives of the business
  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
  • Perform to maintain established group KPI and Metrics
  • Data Entry (Sales & Purchase Orders, Invoices, RMA Requests, Credit & Debit Memos) within SAP and other internal applications
  • Closely monitor & follow up on open orders to ensure on-time delivery while updating Customer and Sales group
  • Manage outbound shipment calendar
  • Coordinate shipments with our Vendors, Brokers and Forwarders
  • Correspond with overseas agents and clients
  • Follow established SOP and assist with development and maintenance
  • Complaint Management

Apply good judgement on a case-by-case basis, expedite resolutions and follow up to ensure satisfaction

  • Workflow requirements consist of routine duties associated with daily processes and others, dictated by deadlines, and special project requests

Special requests are assigned and reprioritized as needed by the Customer Services Manager
Pay- $25-28 per hour and $60-65k on the conversion.
