Pay rate $20-$22hr
– some SAP knowledge needed.
Temp-to-Hire opportunity.Responsibilities for the Customer Service Rep include but are not limited to the following:Provide excellent customer service in a professional mannerTaking calls from customers about their accounts and ordersTroubleshooting issues and resolving in a timely mannerAssisting internal employees with information requestsProcess detailed paperwork accuratelyCustomer Service Rep candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:3 years exp as a Customer Service position in an office settingMust have some knowledge of SAP, as well as Word/ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have fast and accurate data entry skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be highly organized with ability to prioritizeHours are 8am
