The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for processing customer orders received by email, EDI or fax.
The CSR works closely with the Customer Service Team Lead to ensure all customer requirements are being met.
The ideal candidate will exude positivity and portray a can-do attitude in everything they do, while providing exemplary service to all Customers.
Description/ Duties:
Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Enter and process customer orders that are received via email, fax, EDI.
Ensure changes to customer orders are communicated to the appropriate departments.
Research availability of product for orders.
Match signed pick tickets to invoices and file in customer files.
Manage inventory of office supplies and replenish as needed.
Print and distribute daily reports.
Weekend On-Call (rotating weekends).
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Spanish languages skills, an asset.
Demonstrated aptitude for numbers and proficiency in mathematics.
Ability to enter data into the computer system accurately.
Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills.
It must work well under pressure and can troubleshoot and solve problems.
Great attention to detail and excellent tracking skills.
