We have openings available for entry-level jobs in customer service and client relations.
Our customer service team is looking for individuals who will be the first to receive any form of customer contact, whether physical, over the phone, or virtual.
You will be responsible for: receiving calls, making emails, and making outbound calls to follow up with customers.
Lately, a lot of communication is done over zoom and other digital platforms.
The ideal candidate needs to have basic computer skills and be familiar with the Microsoft suite.
