This is what truly matters to us.**Position Overview:**Customer Service Engineer Level IIspecializing in servicing Imaging Equipment needed in Duluth, GA area.Experience servicing MR, CT, & US equipment is favorable.**Location** : Duluth, GA**Shift:** M-F, 8am-5pmTheCustomer Service Engineer is a field-based, customer-facing role that primarilyinstalls, services, maintains and modifies Siemens’ imaging equipment atcustomer sites.

Our CSE’s represent the “Face of Siemens” to thecustomer.

The Customer Service Engineer reports to the Regional Service Managerat Siemens Medical Solutions.**Responsibilities:**Our Customer Service Engineer will perform service, preventative maintenance,and modifications on Imaging Equipment (MR, CT, & US) at customer siteswith minimal supervision.

Establish and maintain proper business relationshipswith customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative dutiesaccurately.**RequiredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:**
• Minimum Technical Degree orEquivalent Experience
• Experience in testing, repairing,and maintaining capital medical equipment
• Strong electronics and computerbackground needed
• Previous experience with thefollowing is favorable: Imaging equipment (MR,CT, & US)
• 5-8 years of field serviceexperience is needed
• Willing to work different shiftsas business needs dictate, including willingness to work overtime as required
• Strong customer service andcommunication skills
• Must be proficient in the use oftools and service test equipment
• Valid driver’s license and gooddriving record required
• Must be able to work bothindividually and in an established team setting
