Customer Service/Call Center Specialist temporary to hire position located in Bedford.
This position is responsible for research, resolution and communication of patient, client, provider and internal customer inquiries and any follow-up required thereafter.
Respond to a variety of inquiries from customers and document all cases according to policies.
Regular shifts will be assigned from 9:00am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday (8 hour shifts).
Must have 1 year of call center experience and minimum of HS Diploma or GED.
Must be proficient MS Office.
