Our client has been providing unique home and landscaping products for over 50 years, and they want you to join their dedicated team as a Customer Service and Product Specialist.
Your day-to-day as a Customer Service and Product Specialist:
- Greet customers, answer phones, and transfer calls
- Work in the office, showroom and plant as needed
- Assist customers with product information and selection
- Frequently update knowledge and understanding of products to make suggestions
- Process orders and communicate with customers about their orders
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, construction, hardware, or related field
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Excellent computer skills
- Proven ability to create positive interactions with customers
