The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for contacting customers to schedule in house medical visits. It is their responsibility to schedule appointments, ask in depth questions and notate important details about the scheduled in-house visit. This opportunity does offer room for growth and advancement, and is currently offering the option to work from home due to Covid-19.
