Customer Service Associate

Executive Placements is seeking a highly motivated and customer focused individual, who is passionate about helping others. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for contacting customers to schedule in house medical visits. It is their responsibility to schedule appointments, ask in depth questions and notate important details about the scheduled in-house visit. This opportunity does offer room for growth and advancement, and is currently offering the option to work from home due to Covid-19.

Essential Functions:

• Place outbound calls to potential patients
• Schedule in house medical visits between health professional & potential patients
• Document details/information of patients’ conditions & instructions for medical professionals
• Create detailed appointment reports
• Attend all required training and company meeting as requested

Requirements

• Must have at least 6 months of high volume inbound/outbound call center experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience working in healthcare, insurance, or sales is strongly preferred
• Must be able to overcome objections while remaining patient and empathetic
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Bilingual is a plus!

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
