CD One Price Cleaners, the leading dry cleaning and laundry chain in the greater Chicago area, is looking for friendly, service-oriented individuals to join our stores in the role of Customer Service Associate.

We are looking for full and part time workers at most stores.

As a Customer Service Associate at CD One Price Cleaners, you will:
· Assist customers at the register who are dropping off or picking up garments.

· Count incoming garment items and do a quick inspection to make sure we can safely clean the garments, enter orders in the point-of-sale system and accept payments.

· Answer customer questions and assist with special requests.

· Attach tags to incoming garments so they can be tracked during cleaning.

· Assist with order assembly, bagging, and racking as needed.

Qualifications:
· Positive attitude and engaging personality to connect with our customers.

· Prior dry cleaning or laundry experience is not required.

· High School diploma or equivalent You must be able to:
· Stand or move through the store for long periods of time
· Learn and utilize the company point of sale system and make change.

· Carry garments from the rack to the customer service station to give to customers at pick up or carry out garments to a customer’s car.

· Available to start as early as 7 a.m.

on some, but not all days
· Available to work full or part-time hours Mondays through Saturdays with flexibility on specific shifts/hours
· Communicate clearly and cheerfully with customers.
