Position: Customer Service Associate
Location: Lakewood, NJ
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM with some flexibility
Duration: Contract-to-hire
Pay-rate: $17.00/hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Answer customer inquiries by phone and email
- Manage social media accounts
- Communicate with commercial customers and distributors
- Take and place customer orders
- Handle customer complaints
Job Requirements:
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Must have some working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Self-starter
- Organizational skills
