Customer Service Assistant – Kansas City, MO

Construction Solutions Group consists of seven companies serving the commercial and industrial construction markets throughout the United States and Canada.

Bo-Mac Contractors, Ceco Concrete Construction, Concrete Frame Associates, KenMor Electric Company, Titan Formwork Systems, Tribco Construction Services, and Zalk Joseph Fabricators are among the companies the Group supports.

This is a temporary position available either full-time or part-time.

Anticipated length of assignment is 6 months to 1 year.

Primary Responsibilities Assists in daily office activities surrounding HR functional areas.

Assists with answering the phone lines and Covid-19 management for the company.

Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and other related computer skills.

Ability to work with minimum supervision and follow oral, and written instructions.

Exceptional organizing and time-management skills.
