Kings Toyota is seeking a full-time Customer Service Appointment Coordinator (SAC) for our Service Department Business Development Center. We handle all of the incoming service department phone calls and make outbound calls as well. The Service Appointment Coordinator is responsible for scheduling new / missed service appointments, scheduling customers for special order parts delivery, making follow-up calls, communicating with Service Advisors, and handling related admin duties. He / She must display a personable, professional image and great phone skills to serve our loyal customer base. Experience on the telephone or in setting business appointments is a plus, but not required. He / She must have great listening skills, a can-do attitude, and be willing to learn and be creative with problem solving.We are part of the reputable Kenwood Dealer Group with dealerships and body shops found throughout the Cincinnati and Dayton areas.
