Specific Duties:

– Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

– Enter and verify provider information into the database

– Data maintenance and verification

– Internal and external communication to solve complex insurance coverage

– Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required

– Apply knowledge/skills to activities that often vary from day to day

– Research internal systems to resolve questions 

Job Requirements:

– Quality over quantity mentality

– High School Diploma/GED

– Ability to type at least 50 WPM and work in multiple systems

– The ability to create correspondence and work within templates in Microsoft Word

– Quick learner, dependable, self-motivated and accountable, good comprehension of written policy and procedures

– Team player, great attitude

– Interest in healthcare and helping others

– Enjoys problem solving

– Interest in the healthcare industry
