Born of French heritage with LVMH, CHANDON embraces its adopted California perspective with casual vibrancy!Responsibilities+ Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their visit + Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival and confirm reservations+ Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls+ Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions + Drive sales performance and Club acquisitions by using strategic sales skills and adequately representing the history of Chandon+ Provide accurate information/ wine knowledge (e.g.

product features, pricing and after-sales services)+ Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services+ Manage returns of wine and merchandise+ Ensure that all wine shelves and displays are stocked to par levels + Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements+ Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations+ Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaintsRequirements+ Proven experience as retail associate, concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage+ Excellent communication skills+ Basic math skills+ Polite and confident with a great deal of patience+ Ability in multitasking and time-management+ Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation+ High school diploma; degree in hotel management or relevant field will be a plus+ Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays+ Capable of working in a fast-paced hospitality environmentBenefits+ Health Insurance+ 401K+ Sick Days+ Wine Discounts+ LVMH Benefits+ Lifestyle Program+ Training & DevelopmentCHANDON California is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
