This position will also be responsible for all preparation of board meetings. Qualifications : + Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management preferred.+ Minimum six years of progressively responsible experience and supervision in Customer Service Management preferred.+ Strong word processing and spreadsheet skills and the ability to use a variety of office equipment such as calculators, copiers, typewriter, facsimile machine, personal computer, etc.+ Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary in order to deal with a wide range of personalities both inside and outside the organization.+ A valid Indiana driver’s license required.
