Customer Service

**Overview**Element has an opportunity for a **Customer Service Specialist** to be a part of the transportation department whose primary responsibility will be aiding in logistics and operation.**Responsibilities**+ Deliver and collect samples, invoices reports to and from the respective entities+ Perform analytical laboratory testing as required+ Conduct on site customer support services which includes client communication and sample pick up+ Travel to the various project sites and offices+ Ensure that the vehicle is well maintained+ Maintain logs and documents related to vehicle and its maintenance+ Perform various customer service tasks (answer phones and emails)**Skills / Qualifications**+ High school educated+ Valid light vehicle driving license for the country of operation+ Good English skills+ Good in communication skills+ Ability to work in teams under work under pressureNOTE: This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services.
