Pilot Freight Services is seeking a Customer Service 2 Agent for our Orlando, FL terminal. The hours of the job will be 6:30am – 3:00pm.JOB SUMMARY:The Customer Service Agent 2 is responsible for providing customer service to all callers. They answer incoming calls and troubleshoot any issues. They assist pilot stations and cartage agents. Candidate will proactively manage the scheduling of local cartage’s daily deliveries and pick-ups. This coordination will include the company-owned cartage team and outside cartage vendors.SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:Excellent oral and written communication and problem-solving skillsTechnological aptitude using the internet and on-line toolsHigh energy with the ability to multitaskExcellent organizational skills with emphasis on detailEDUCATION:High School or betterEXPERIENCE:2 years customer service experience
