Job Description
An Inbound Customer Care Professional is responsible for fielding inbound telephone calls, internet chat requests and inbound email requests in a fast faced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer support using the phone, Internet and computer skills.

Scheduling
This position is full time and part time, up to 40 hours per week to start.
Evenings and weekends may be required.
Flexibility necessary.
We are looking for energetic individuals that have an interest in horticulture and or a passion for environmental improvement to handle customer service communications.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service with attention to detail.
Requirements
Must speak fluent English
Be able to type 35 words per minute or greater;
The ability to travel to our call center located in Orlando, FL.
A computer and workstation is provided for your use in the call center.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time in a chair.
Pay Grade
Starting pay is $14.00 per hour plus $2.00 in-office premium.
Eligible to enroll in benefits following 59 days of employment/Effective after 90 days.
Hours
Client requires Monday through Friday coverage between 8:00 a.m.
and 7:00 p.m.
Scheduled hours may vary between these times.
Some weekend hours may also be required.
