Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing external customer service to current clients & new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, answer any questions our clients may have.nn { DIRECT HIRE
– IMMEDIATE NEED } nn n n Job Requirements: n nn REQUIREMENTS: nn Must have Active Illinois Property & Casualty Producer’s License Must have Insurance Experience with an Independent Agency, MGA or MGU 2-10 years of Current Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Commercial Technical Assistant Service existing Commercial book of business High level of customer interaction, creative marketing, preparing renewal proposals, certificates of insurance, etc.
