Cloudbreak: Customer Service Field Representative

JOB TITLE: Partner Field RepresentativeDEPARTMENT: Partner Success TeamREPORTS TO: Director of Partner SuccessPRIMARY OBJECTIVE:The Partner Field Representative will be the first level of onsite technology support forour Partner sites.

This person will assist onsite with troubleshooting and relocatingequipment as directed by the Partner Success Manager and will be part of ensuring thatour Partners view working with us as a superlative experience.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Equipment Maintenance and LogisticsMonitoring hospital Martti equipment to ensure in working order.Building and constructing Martti carts and other equipment.Providing maintenance or replacement for broken Martti carts.Delivering equipment from main hospital to other sites and off-sites clinics.Assisting in replacement of non-functioning equipment.Managing the shipping & receiving of equipment at hospital.Coordinating and implementing movement of equipment to proper departments as directed by Martti Partner Success staff.Technology ResponsibilitiesUpdating software on Martti equipment.Trouble shooting Martti systems with help desk.Adhere to the company quality policy and promote customer service by supporting our clients.EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:High School DiplomaBasic understanding of Windows and Apple productsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to be mobile 95% of the hours workedAvailability for on-call and off-hour calls and workExcellent communication internally and externallyExcellent interpersonal skillsMechanical aptitudeMust have a valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation
