This is a great role to start building your Employee Health & Benefits knowledge.

Whether it’s assisting our clients with difficult claims, billing and eligibility issues or providing administrative support to our Client Managers, you will have the opportunity to impact others.

To thrive in this role you will need to have a passion for our industry.

Direct insurance experience isn’t required; we’ll teach you what you need to know and will support you as you obtain your Life & Health licensure.

You should be a detail-oriented person with some background working in customer service on a team
– whether that be a restaurant, retail, or something entirely different.

You should know how to work under pressure and want to help.

Ideal candidates will have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel and PowerPoint).Interested?
