This is a Full-time position in Huntsville, AL posted October 5, 2021.

ERC is a servant-leader oriented company with approximately 1,800 employees and multiple contracts across the US.  We believe that our culture has a direct influence on the job satisfaction of our employees and is reflected in the outstanding quality of service received by our customers.  Your role: The Client Support Administrator (CSA) supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract with work on Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama   What you’ll do all day: Conduct day-to-day administration of hardware, software, network and users.

Provide in-person and phone support to MDA End User troubleshooting computers, printers, software, operating systems, and Office products.

Install hardware at End User offices (Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, etc).

Contribute to large scale projects and events.

You will love this job if you: Are a self-starter and require little oversight to complete given tasks Enjoy a fast-paced work environment Love working with diverse groups of individuals, including engineers and technicians Are good at communicating with people Have a positive attitude Enjoy multitasking   Minimum requirements for this position: Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 4 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 2 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree, or higher, and 0 years of general experience Must have 2 years of directly related experience in relevant business systems, operating systems, and servers and/or experience in light programming, project management of small initiatives, and troubleshooting Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g.  Security+, Systems Security Certified Practitioner) Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs Must be able to move around a large complex facility, perform work under desks, as well as other physical aspects of the position Must have an active DoD Secret security clearance   Desired skills and experience for this position: Have experience in customer service, and DoD experience   What we offer: Competitive salaries.
