Description:
The Project Client Support Admin supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research andDevelopment for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:- Contribute to and implement large and small scale IT Projects as applicable.- Provide in person and Phone Support to project customers on an as-needed basis.- Install Hardware at End Users offices (Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, etc) as applicable to IT Project execution andimplementation.- Display and possess strong Customer Service skills, as this is a Customer Facing position.The successful candidate will:- Conduct themselves in a professional manner to include the appropriate dress (business casual).- Have strong written and verbal communications skills.Some travel is required.This position will be filled at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL.

Basic Requirements: Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 8 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 6 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of general experience;
