Client Services Specialist

For over 30 years, Fairfax Cryobank, a division of the Genetics & IVF Institute (GIVF), has provided the highest quality donor sperm that has led to the creation of many happy healthy families. Fairfax Cryobank serves clients nationwide and around the globe. We are seeking a full-time, entry level Client Services Specialist to join our team at our Fairfax, VA location.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or 2 years of call center experience is required
• Fluency in Spanish, French, German or Portuguese is a plus
• Must have patience and compassion for clients trying to conceive
• Demonstrate excellent phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Must be self-motivated, dependable and detail oriented

Hours:

• Option #1: Monday-Friday: 11:00AM to 8:00PM ET
• Option #2: Tuesday-Friday: 10:30AM – 8:00PM ET & Saturdays: 11:30AM 3:30PM ET

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Be able to handle many inbound and outbound calls to and from clients, listening to our clients’ needs and provide helpful solutions to their concerns
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication
• Must be able to de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied clients, offering patient assistance and support
• Take the extra mile to engage clients
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Process semen, product and internet orders
• Liaison between patients and physician clients
• Schedule client depositor and designated donor appointments
• Triage calls to management and accounts receivable
• Able to handle multiple office responsibilities simultaneously
• Other duties as needed
