•High school or equivalent (Preferred) Full Job Description We are seeking to fill a full time Client Service Representative/Sales Admin Duties include but are not limited to:
•Answering all incoming calls on a mulit-line phone system
•Responding to phone inquiries from clients
•Data entry Applicant MUST have:
•General office skills
•Type at least 35 wpm
•Be proficient in MS Office
•Able to multi-task
•Have great inter-personal skills
•Work in a team environment
•Have a professional phone manner
•Be able to problem solve
•Be self-motivated.
Minimum of 2 years office-based customer service experience required.
Must know how to operate and answer calls on a multi-line phone system.
