Client Services Representative

Our client is looking for a Client Services Representative to join their team! This is a position in a call center environment. Training will be onsite for at least 10 weeks with the option to work remotely afterwards!

Pay: $19/hr plus bonuses!

Schedule: M-F. Times can vary but must be available between 7am – 9pm

Job Requirements:

Duties:

• Answer inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with questions or concerns
• Place outbound calls to obtain information needed from customers and clients
• Complete transactions as required
• Assist in identifying system, data and procedural problems and escalate as required

Requirements: 

• Must be available for entire training
• Punctual
• Customer Service experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional
