Throughout the years, REX has represented homes cumulatively valued at over $1 billion and in the process, saved customers over $20 million in fees they otherwise would have paid traditional brokers.

The Customer Relationship Manager is a customer facing role and the engine that drives all listings within the market. Utilizing your real estate experience, you will meet with our customers, explain the REX value proposition, value the home, and move the seller down the critical path of selling their home.

What You’ll Do:
This role is a field-sales based, consultative position
Be an evangelist for REX in your market, helping grow our market share
Identify and pursue potential customers to accelerate home seller acquisition efforts
Pitch REX to new customers – in person, via web conference, and by phone
Work with the REX broker on an estimate of home valuation, compare with seller’s desired price, and decide whether to accept or reject each opportunity
Provide in depth analysis to the customer on the valuation of their residential real estate assets
Recognize the customers need and formulate selling strategies through REX total services to provide a full solution when selling their home

What You Need:
5+ years in sales with a track record of winning business, exceeding objectives, and delighting customers
Currently hold or have ever held a Real Estate License
Strong business acumen, professionalism, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the great gift of gab
Experience or interest in the startup space
Intimate knowledge of the real estate market in various communities
The ability to embrace new technologies and services
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
