Client Services Associate

Cincinnati Investment Advisors, LLC is a full-service independent investment advisory firm committed to helping clients pursue their financial goals.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated individual to join our team in a full-time position.

The Client Services Associate position is a hybrid role with time split between administrative duties and client meetings, including preparation, facilitation and follow up.

In addition, the CSA will assist with servicing employer sponsored retirement plans and financial planning.

The hours are normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

On occasion, evening or weekend availability will be required for client events.

Flex hours will be awarded in these instances.

Duties and responsibilities
Client relationship management, including continuous and regular client contact and communications.
Perform operational functions for client requests (i.e., check/ACH requests, address changes, check deposits, etc.)
Client services, including preparing for client meetings, planning updates, portfolio changes and reviews, information gathering, portfolio returns and implementing recommendations.
Facilitate annual client review meetings
Ongoing monitoring of client accounts and trading
Assist with financial planning, including gathering documents, entering data into the software, and presenting results internally
Assist with security research and analyzing portfolios
Assist with managing corporate retirement plans for both participants & plan sponsors
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job.

Series 7, can be obtained after hire
Series 66, can be obtained after hire
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication, time management and organizational skills
Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through efficiently on tasks
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Maintain professional communication with clients and staff
High ethical standards
Dependability, reliability, honesty, and flexibility
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Undergraduate Degree is preferred, but not required

Pay: $45,000.00
– $50,000.00 Base per year + Bonus Potential
