Client Services Associate

ITAC Solutions is seeking a Remote Client Services Associate for a well-established and reputable company in the Birmingham area. This person will be an excellent communicator and problem-solver.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Maintain client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving issues, and ensuring client information is accurate
• Review and analyze documentation to identify issues and work towards a resolution
• Record meeting notes while speaking with clients and input notes into client files
• Ensure accurate eligibility and enrollment information in the system
• Create status reporting periodically
• Analyze complex issues and interpret client data appropriately  
• Perform administrative duties as necessary

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment

What could set you apart from the rest (preferred skills / experience / knowledge):

• 5+ years of pharmacy or healthcare experience highly preferred  
• Associates degree
