Job DescriptionCP Audits Client Service Department is seeking a customer service representative to join our team!CP Audits is a Commercial Insurance Premium Audit Company, located in Itasca, IL who services Commercial Insurance Carriers with a nationwide Premium Audit Staff. We provide a unique approach for our client premium audit needs by completing audits as efficiently and effectively as possible. Due to our growing base of clients, we are seeking to hire the appropriate candidate to fill a in office customer service position to meet the demands of the business. This is a full-time office position, office hours are Monday- Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.Responsibilities:Handling customer inquiries and complaintsResolving service-related issues and concerns amicablyDocumenting and updating customer records based on interactionsInputting and coordinating data entryPreparing reports for management review and analysis upon requestProviding administrative support to our clients and company business divisionsNavigate through multiple platforms with speed and accuracyOther duties as assignedRequired Skills:Strong work ethicKnowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)Effective time management and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast pace environmentExcellent communication skills – both verbal and writtenStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsDesired Skills:Efficient and accurate typing skillsAbility to interact with others professionally and with confidencePrior customer service experience a plusBilingualExperience:                                                              Minimum Education Requirement:Entry Level Position                                                     High School Graduate                                           College experience a plus                     Powered by JazzHRe8ZAKg2NmR
