Louis County is seeking a Client Service Associate.

Duties and Responsibilities: Completing new client paperwork and process account transfers Answering phone calls and greeting clients to create a great first impression Collect and maintain client information in our contact management system Help answer client questions and try to find new ways to add value for our clients Scanning documents into our database Helping clients log into their accounts online at custodians Scheduling appointments and follow up calls to request information Supporting clients with using their secure online vault to upload important documents Assisting with scheduling team meetings and client events Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred 3 years of customer service experience in the financial services industry Computer skills with experience with Microsoft word and outlook Professional appearance and strong work ethic Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills Team player that has a positive attitude Experience working with Schwab or T.D.
