Production Control Application Support & Technical Specialist for Change Management: Leadership role responsible for managing the process which reviews, approves, monitors, and reports on changes/releases across all GFT application controlled (UAT/QA, COB and/or Production) environments.Partner with multiple technology teams to meet goals, interacting with senior technology and business management as well as internal and external auditors.

Manage expectations of leadership.Be proactive and forward thinking.

Generate in-depth analysis with a proactive, long-term mind set to define problems and develop innovative, sustainable solutions within industry standards.Ensure GFT compliance to Citi Information Technology Management Policy (CITMP), recognizing the importance of required controls to minimize introducing risks into Citis Production environment.

Ensure that risks, issues, and dependencies are appropriately identified, categorized, documented, and resolved.Review integration points between application development and production control with a focus on identifying the introduction of any gaps in the controls.Identify and define process recommendations to support continuous service improvements, including opportunities for the reduction of manual touch points via automation.

Oversee and review sign-off on Management Operational Reporting (MOR) monthly metrics, recognizing the importance of trending and the impact to incident volume resulting from major releases.

Establish acceptable thresholds of outages and/or incidents from changes to support agile development and/or cloud environments.Oversee and review the final signoff on Management Control Assessment (MCA) breaches and review repeat escalations for process improvement optimizations and/or opportunities for automation across various business and technical processes.Participate in the review of priority and impact of changes and activity to controlled information system environments for accuracy.

Review integration points between development and production control with a focus on identifying the introduction of any gaps in the controls.Administer and maintain audit documentation for Change Management and Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) monitoring in support of GFT applications and foundational ServiceNow data.

Coordinate and work on multiple projects simultaneously while effectively managing multiple independent tasks to meet deadlines.Ensure a thorough understanding of the impact of any corporate tool changes to the GFT internal procedures for Change and Configuration Management.

Establish SME knowledge of existing tools and activities currently in place for the change management governance via Robotic Process Automation.Establish a thorough GFT CMDB understanding and the impact to established policy and procedures related to management of Change, Major/Standard Incident, Problem, Request and Procurement.

Provide required managerial oversight for day-to-day activities of junior members of the team, coaching, training, contributing to performance appraisals and entitlement reviews as necessary.Member of rotating on-call emergency production support team (on call 24X7 and weekend green zone monitoring, at least six times annually).Qualifications: 7+ years professional experience with 5+ years in a technical role.2+ years lead or project/people management experience.Exposure to ITIL concepts, preferably ITIL foundations certified.Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills.Demonstrated leadership and relationship building skills with a service oriented attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization.Proficient using basic technical tools and systems.
