This position will support our healthcare teams by ensuring they have everything they need in order to care for our patients.
They also play a huge role in a patient’s experience and prep when they visit any of our clinics.

Expectations: Perform telephone triage for patients calling their provider with certain symptomology.
Demonstrates the ability to use the nursing process to collect data.
Requires interview/communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills to level of licensure.
Ability to work within protocols approved by CHI Health to provide information to patients and consumers.
Accepts inbound calls from patients, pharmacies and other healthcare entities.
Performs outbound calls to notify patients of reviewed lab and imaging results according to protocols that require review of the patient chart to answer questions.
Acts as a consumer advocate by resolution of problems or communication of consumer needs and concerns to appropriate resources.
Ability to follow medication refill protocols and act accordingly to those protocols.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state Graduate of an accredited nursing program Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred 06022021
