Call Center Specialist

A-Line Staffing is in need of 15 Call center reps in Franklin, TN!

Responsible for the initial onboarding of new Insurance agents consisting of triaging paperwork, verifying credentials and completing necessary steps to produce a welcome letter of confirmation.

Strong computer skills, attention to detail and critical thinking necessary.

Initial training will be onsite and then transition to home until the return to office goes in effect

Monday-Friday 8-5

Job Requirements:

HS Diploma or GED required!
