Abrams Realty is seeking a Call Center representative for our Virginia Beach, VA office.
This position plays a key role in growing real estate professionals in our organization and growing their sales.
This staff member will engage with a team of Client Care Coordinators, Potential clients, Existing Clients, and Real Estate professionals.
The position requires a real “sales” pro with exceptional, proven telephone & social media skills, impeccable follow-up, and great customer service.
This role has uncapped income potential, Compensation is a direct result of your effort, We off a Competitive Compensation plan, and robust bonus Structure including bonuses for key hires.
The Call center Representatives Primary job responsibilities include: Oversee day to day operations of Business Development Call center Participate in Outbound and inbound lead calling Efforts both cold and warm.
Work with Client Care coordinators to Contact potential real estate clients to communicate the benefits of working with our company; articulate value proposition, and benefits of homeownership.
Schedule clients to meet with Agents.
Strategically partner with Managers to recruit, train and retain Client care coordinators.
Work as a team to achieve Conversion and sales goals.
Develop Best practices for the Department Work closely with senior management to report and monitor calls rate, conversation rates, and closings procured within the department.
Monitor, Coach, and train Client care coordinators.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $66,014.00
– $125,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay License/Certification: Real Estate License (Preferred) Work Location: One location
