Call Center Agent – Parts Coordinator

Provide support to consumers, sales personnel and technicians in coordinating sales orders for parts and consumables.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Answer a middle to high volume of inbound phone calls (60 -70 per day) from consumers, sales personnel and technicians
* Identify parts needed based on the descriptions given by a caller.
* Complete payment for non-warranty orders.
* Provide tracking information for completed orders.
* Develop and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and customer relations.
* Check part availability and pricing upon request.
* Help Technicians and Service Manager by gathering information they require to perform their duties.
* Research and answer any parts questions Regional Sales Representatives may have.
* Follow proper procedures to document and address customer’s issues.
* Resolve escalated customer complaints without the need for supervisor intervention.

Requirements

* 18 months related experience
* Some mechanical aptitude
* Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc…)
* A working knowledge of computer software
* Ability to manage difficult customer situations
* Ability to apply concepts of basic math
* Ability to Work Independently with Minimal Instruction
* Some prior call center experience preferred
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, schematics, operation and maintenance manuals in English
* Ability to read write and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos in English
* Ability to multi-task
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
