RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Call Center Agent in Niceville, FL.
Responsibilities: Call Center Agent will be responding to numerous phone inquiries Using standard technology: telephones, e-mail and web browsers IN-Contact & AWS Assisting callers in finishing online applications Call Center Agent will be completing daily electronic call logs Adhering to privacy rules Connecting callers with leadership as needed for escalations Responding to telephone inquiries within set time parameters Call Center Agent will be completing all assigned training as necessary Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED/equivalent required Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience required Ability to work within established turnaround times Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks Ability to work as a member of a team Ability to work a flexible schedule nights and weekends Strong preference for Spanish Speaking call center agents Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
