Robert Half OfficeTeam is looking for a Call Center Agent. The successful candidate will be the primary contact for supporting all incoming telephone calls for clients, customers, agents and respond to questions and requests quickly and accurately. The Call Center Agent will provide service in a courteous and efficient manner with the goal of assisting and fulfilling their mortgages Hazard Insurance obligation, and interact with customers and insurance agents to discuss hazard insurance with the changing needs and requirements of the Servicing Solutions Client. The Call Center Associate will be responsible for maintaining client documentation, and have the ability to multi-task with strong organization skills.

Job Requirements:

-The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience.

-High School Diploma or a GED.

-Have solid verbal and written communication skills, excellent organization skills with the ability to work as a team and independently.

-Ability to multi-task between various software programs, make outbound calls, problem solving and problem resolutions skills.
